Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at cbendemrane@jbeverlyhillsma.com.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
